We are a very friendly Junior School with strong community links. Every member of staff is committed to making sure that every pupil gets the most of their time at our school. We work hard to make sure school offers a happy and safe environment.
We believe that a good education is the right of every child and that it is important that each child gets the very best out of their time in school. Each child is an individual and as such has different strengths and interests, which should be valued and encouraged.
We are fortunate in having a very spacious building and grounds, which offer lots of opportunities for different activities including a wide range of sports.
Education is a partnership between home and school and we place a great deal of emphasis on our partnership with parents. We believe that children learn best when home and school work together for their benefit.
Ludlow Junior School has signed up for Read for My School - a national schools reading competition that promotes reading and philanthropy by challenging pupils to read as many books as possible across two months of the spring term. Throughout the competition there are prizes and awards to be won for schools and pupils taking part.
Over 70 of our children have already signed up. Let's see if we can get the whole school registered. Click here to sign up. You will need the class code 41958.
The Friends of School have organised some dates for your diary - all parents/carers are welcome to attend.
