Policies and Resources

This final half term of the school year, our topic is Hogwarts, based on the school Harry Potter and his friends attended.

This term there will be lots of getting ready for new challenges and preparation for life in secondary school, along with saying goodbye to friends in primary school.  We hope to make this term exciting, fun packed and help you all be ready for your new schools in September.

Highlights this term include:

  • 2 full days at High School
  • Crucial Crew visit
  • Athletics, Kwik Cricket and Dodgeball tournaments
  • Preparation for and presentation of Leavers' Assembly
  • Hogwarts day on 18th June
  • Meeting with Mrs Byatt - Q & A about High School
  • An ice cream treat in Ludlow town for those who have met the Reading Challenge!
  • Hopefully, a science and technology day with the Tablet Academy

Plus lots, lots more ....

Non Uniform Day Friday 16th February

Next Friday 16th February we are going to have a non-uniform day. It is traditional for children to bring a donation for the privilege of not wearing uniform. The donations will be for a pupil who has recently undergone surgery to cure his epilepsy, to give to either the Epilepsy Charity, Ronald McDonald House or the Birmingham Children’s Hospital. We would suggest that the children wear something red as he is a keen Arsenal fan.
